Based in Casper Wyoming, our goal at Ultimate Tradeshow is to bring your ideas to life. We have been skilled in building booths since 2013, and we take pride in providing the best quality for your show. We communicate with you through every step of the way from design to installation, ensuring everything mirrors your vision perfectly.

OUR PROCESS
While we would like to be with you for the entire process, we are ready to be at your side any step of the way. We have continued jobs from other companies in the past.
BOOTH DESIGN
We have a team of experienced designers who are able to help turn your dream booth into a reality. They are able to communicate with you to place your vision on paper, and fine-tune all the details you may or may not have thought about like consumer traffic, electrical complications, storage, etc.
MANUFACTURING
This team takes the instructions given from Booth Design and create the structures which make or break your show. Our production is done in our warehouse based 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center, however we are not limited to Las Vegas. Our manufacturing team is skilled in transporting our booths anywhere you need them.
GRAPHICS
Our printing team is responsible for producing the graphics which make your booth look exactly how you want it to. They are able to ensure your graphics translate properly onto the booth, and they're able to work with our team to make sure everything is installed correctly.
ON-SITE LABOR
Once the booth is finalized in our warehouse, we are able to handle the difficult work of setting up for your show on the convention floor! We package all parts carefully and are experienced with accommodating for any potential last minute stressors that may occur on site. We are also happy to deconstruct your booth for you once your show is over.
